Rental Policy
 
All units have heat and air conditioning and include kitchens with full size appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and pans.  We furnish color cable television, FREE WiFi, linens, bathing towels, picnic tables, BBQ Grill for each Cabin Patio, Horse Shoe Pits.

Reservation Policy
 

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all our guests.  Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests for it.  You are then responsible for all days reserved.

Reservations are taken for a minimum of three nights from 5-15 through 6-14 and 8-11 through 9-7
Reservations are taken for full weeks only from 6-14 through 8-9 and run from Saturday to Saturday.
Reservations for subsequent dates are for a 2 night minimum.
Extra person in any unit $7.00 each.
 

Deposits required include a 2 night room deposit payable by Visa, Master Card, or by personal check
(if received within 7 days). 
Any lost or damaged items will be charged to credit card on file.
 
Four week cancellation notice is required to receive a deposit refund minus $25.00 handling fee. 
No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 4 week notice.
 
Late arrival and early departures will be charged for all days reserved.  In case of early emergency departure, refund will be given only if unused days are filled.
 
For payment we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, or Traveler's Checks.
